Shipping policy
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be dispatched (up to 2 days during the holiday season).
Standard delivery times are 7-12 business days for the following regions: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU.
Note: Black Friday and Christmas seasons are the busiest, and unexpected delays in dispatching and shipping your orders may occur.
We ship orders using FedEx, Canada Post, and Australia Post.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 24 hours after being placed. After 24 hours, any requests for cancellation or modification may be rejected. If you notice any issues with your order or shipping address right after checkout, please contact us immediately at info@mavlyx.com.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Mavlyx does not hold any responsibility for orders that are not delivered due to an undeliverable address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, the order might not be delivered, and all associated costs will be covered by the buyer. If you notice an error in the shipping address after checkout, you must inform Mavlyx within 24 hours of placing the order at info@mavlyx.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck or lost during delivery, we sincerely apologize! While postal service issues are out of our control, since packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more details on when these may apply to shipping situations.
